Our Bondi project transformed a vacant coastal lot into a stunning two-storey family home. We began with site excavation and foundation pouring, then moved to a reinforced concrete frame designed to withstand seaside conditions. High-performance glazing maximizes natural light while providing thermal insulation. Outside, we installed a landscaped terrace with native coastal plants and an automated rainwater harvesting system. The result is a modern beachside residence that blends durability with refined aesthetics.
