For this Chatswood storefront, we executed a full façade refresh to modernize the retail footprint. Works included removal of old cladding, installation of powder-coated aluminum panels, and large-format laminated glass windows. We integrated LED strip lighting in the overhang to highlight branding at night. Internally, fresh paint, recessed display shelving, and a new epoxy floor coating created a sleek, durable interior. The upgrade attracted two new tenants within weeks of completion.
