Our Blacktown development consists of six townhouses built on a 1,200 m² parcel. We managed earthworks, piled foundations, and timber framing through to lock-up stage. Each unit features energy-efficient windows, solar-ready rooftops, and minimal-maintenance landscaping. We coordinated all MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) installations with a focus on sustainability. Final touches include color-bond roofing, rendered masonry walls, and remote-controlled garage doors—delivering turnkey homes ready for occupation.
