This Parramatta commercial fit-out converted a bare-bones shell into a collaborative workspace for a tech startup. Scope included partition framing, drywall installation, and acoustic ceiling grids. We wired for CAT6 networking and installed LED task lighting throughout. Custom millwork in the breakout area features high-pressure laminate finishes and integrated power outlets. The project wrapped up with polished concrete floors and even a green wall—delivering an agile, inspiring office environment in just eight weeks.
